Our Return Policy

At 4 Seasons Boutique, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your peace of mind. Please take a moment to review our return guidelines below:

7 Days from Receipt: You have a window of 7 days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return. If, within this period, you find that the item(s) you purchased do not meet your expectations, are damaged, or have any issues, we will gladly accept the return.

30 Days for Returns: Once you have initiated the return process within the initial 7 days, you have up to 30 days to send back the item(s). Please make sure the return is postmarked no later than the 30-day mark to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Guidelines:

  • The item(s) must be in brand new condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Any product-specific accessories or freebies that were included must also be returned in their original condition.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at fourseasonsboutiqueus@gmail.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN). The RAN should be clearly marked on the return package.
  • Please securely package the item(s) to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using the original shipping box and protective materials.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged).

Processing Refunds/Exchanges:

  • Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify that they meet the return guidelines, we will process the refund or exchange promptly.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Exchanges will be processed, and the replacement item(s) will be shipped to you within a reasonable time frame.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that some items such as sleepwear and beachwear products may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or other factors. These items will be clearly specified on the product page.
