Freight and Delivery Time.

We work with a delivery time that varies between 10 to 30 business days after the date of shipment. Please note that Saturdays and Sundays are not considered business days.

Our reports indicate that 90% of customers receive their products within 25 business days after shipment. This estimate is for capitals and metropolitan areas.

*The product is shipped directly to you from our international suppliers located in the USA, Europe, and Asia, and has an estimated delivery time of 10 to 30 business days after shipment. The shipment depends on the factory demand, which can vary from 24 hours to 7 business days. We guarantee a tracking code so that the customer can follow the progress of the delivery.

Note: The COVID-19 outbreak is causing constant changes in the movements of people and packages in cities and also in the delivery methods of the Post Office. Therefore, it is possible that this deadline may be extended by 2-4 weeks. But don't worry, all orders are being delivered, and you will receive emails informing you about each movement of your package!

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING PRODUCTS
After payment approval by PayPal, we begin the process of shipping your product. Mercado Pago usually takes 48 hours to authorize purchases made with a credit card and 72 hours for purchases with a ticket. The shipping process will only be initiated after payment confirmation by PayPal.

In areas with delivery restrictions, products will be available for pick-up at Post Office agencies.

If your order is for 2 or more products, they will be sent in separate packages, and individual tracking codes will be issued.

All products are shipped with an International Tracking Code. This code will be sent to your email automatically and will be available for consultation on the Post Office website between 5 to 10 business days after order processing. The Post Office website waits for the merchandise to enter the country to track it.

With the tracking code that was sent to you by email, on our website in the Track Your Order field and on the Post Office website, you can follow all the details of where your order is, attempted delivery, and the Post Office agency to which the product was sent, if applicable.

2. ABOUT DELIVERIES

Make sure there is someone at the delivery address to receive the product. The Post Office makes three delivery attempts. If all three attempts fail, the package will be taken to the nearest Post Office agency, and in this case, you will need to pick up the product at the agency within 7 calendar days. After the 7-day deadline, storage fees will be charged by the Post Office according to the weight and volume of the product, and in this case, we are not responsible.

The product is shipped to the address provided by the customer. Please pay attention when filling out your registration at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for any delivery problems due to incorrect address information provided by you. If the address is filled in incorrectly, according to Post Office regulations, the product will be returned to the supplier, and no new attempts will be made. In this case, we do not cover the free shipping. Reshipment to you will be made upon payment of the freight. If you cancel the purchase, 40% of the total value will be charged for operational expenses.

In case of delays in delivery due to holidays, Post Office strike, and other eventualities, the delay days will not be the responsibility of our store since it is something beyond our control.
