Exchange and Return Form:
We accept EXCHANGES and RETURNS of UNUSED products within 7 (seven) calendar days after receiving the purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging without any signs of use. Requests should be sent to the email address: fourseasonsboutiqueus@gmail.com, with the form below filled out and attached along with a photo of the product packaging and a photo of the received product. After completing the exchange or return analysis, we will send an email with information and a shipping address.
For exchanges, please fill out a form for each exchange.

Forms will only be accepted within the time frame established by the Consumer Defense Code (CDC) for EXCHANGES and RETURNS, namely, within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product.
