Exchanges and Refunds

We are happy with your purchase, but if you need to exchange or return a product, we are here to help. Our exchange and refund policy lasts for 7 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. After approval, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email and we will instruct you.

ATTENTION!!!

Items from the SALE and BLACK FRIDAY collections will not be eligible for free exchange and return process. If exchange or return is necessary, the shipping cost of the item by FeDex will be borne by the customer. The deadline will be 7 calendar days after receiving the merchandise. Therefore, you have 7 calendar days to express your desire for exchange or return. After your notice within this period, we will give a maximum of two business days for the merchandise to be posted at the Correios agencies. To be eligible for exchange/return, the item cannot be damaged, torn, without tag, with signs of use, or washed.
